Planning

The planning stage starts with the provision of the actual plans (constructions plans). The layout plan of the system is the basis for official permits. On average this step takes a few weeks.

MANUFACTURING THE SYSTEM

The production of the equipment is carried out in accordance with country-specific technical regulations. The equipment is ready for transport within a few months.

Delivery & installation

The equipment is delivered to the site by truck or container transport. All Salm systems up to a batch size of 50 hl are designed for standard container dimensions. This is one of our special features because conventional manufacturers usually produce in oversized dimensions which increases the transport costs considerably.

START-UP

The equipment can be put into operation immediately after the installation. On request we provide our recipes. You get comprehensive training from us so that you can start brewing straight away.
