The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively based on the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored in our customer database for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The data will be stored for as long as necessary for processing your request or to fulfill the contract, or as long as we need it for our purposes based on legitimate interest. We do not share this data without your consent.

The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Web Analysis

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies,” text files that are stored on your computer, which allow an analysis of your website usage. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In exceptional cases, the full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the website operator, Google will use this information to evaluate your website use, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Further information on data protection in connection with Google Analytics and your options in this regard can be found at: https://www.google.at/intl/de_ALL/analytics/learn/privacy.html.

Your IP address is collected but immediately anonymized by shortening the last digits. This only allows a rough localization.

The relationship with the web analysis provider is based on the “USA Privacy Shield.”

Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our concern in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offering and web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized.

Use of Google AdWords

We use Google AdWords, an online advertising program by Google Inc., on our website. Conversion tracking is also used in this process. Google AdWords sets a cookie on your PC if you come to our website through a Google advertisement. The cookie loses its validity after 30 days. It is not used for personal identification. If you visit our website and the cookie is still active, both we and Google can recognize that you clicked on the relevant advertisement and were redirected to our site. Each Google AdWords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained through conversion cookies is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers. We, as customers, learn the total number of users who clicked on our ad and were redirected to a site that contains a conversion tracking tag. We do not receive any information that could personally identify you as a user. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can disable the Google conversion tracking cookie via your internet browser. Please use your browser’s help function for more information. You can learn more about Google’s privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

Google Analytics Remarketing

We use the remarketing function of Google Inc. on our website. With this function, we present tailored and interest-based advertisements to our visitors together with Google. Cookies are set on your computer for this purpose. These are text files that recognize users when they visit websites and enable interest-based advertising throughout the Google network. Google states that no personal data is collected in this context and that it does not link it to other Google services. You can disable Google’s remarketing function by adjusting the settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads Additionally, the use of cookies can be disabled through https://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp or by changing your browser settings. Use its help function if necessary. For more information on Google remarketing and Google’s general privacy policy, visit: https://www.google.com/privacy/ads/.
