The new BREWMATIC 04 will be the next generation of Brewhouse computers for 5hl and 10hl and soon also the 20hl systems. It is a new standard with individual activation of models and that is the basis to upgrade all old systems, like 02, 03 and 05 MMI.![]()

In the future we offer the 04 as single and double screen without a manual backup button panel but with full remote connectivity to external computers. The BREWMATIC 07 remains to be the flagship for brewhouses from 20hl batch size in single and double screen version.

In a few weeks another SALM-BRÄU Beer-Franchise Brewery and Restaurant will open in Bucharest/Romania. This new ambassador of finest Austrian beer specialities will be equipped with a copper version of the SBP052 brewhouse with an initial capacity of 500hl and prepared to be expanded to 1000hl per year.![]()

With this project our special offered 5hl-brewhouse with copper jacket is no longer available. We still have a shiny stainless version on stock, which is not yet completed and will be possibly fitted with the new Brewmatic 04X.![]()

It also looks, that our friends in Cuba recover from hurricane "IAN" and will soon be able to receive the 3000hl-plant with a 10hl semi-copper brewhouse. So, this plant is also no longer available at our special discount.![]()

We still have a rare full copper coated 10hl brewhouse with a Brewmatic 03 control system and one shiny stainless steel 20hl brewhouse on stock, also fitted with Brewmatic 03. Stock is running short fast, next scheduled plant completition will be early summer 2023...
